Very thorough. The first interview was mainly focused on the business with a little bit about me which centred around the results from a number of profiling questionnaires I'd completed. Then there was a work trial that lasted a couple of hours and then a final interview. All very professional.

Really friendly more about wanting to talk and see what both parties want/need instead of just scaring the candidate.
They invite you in and walk you through the office everyone says hello/smiles then go through to one of the conference rooms to have more of a friendly conversation and go from there.
