Hard but I got through, use online pre as much as possible and stay calm throughout the process. A great employer with amazing opportunity. Kind staff and ways of retaking the tests if you fail the first time.
Thorough but entirely fair with all questions above board and not designed to catch you out. Fun at times, especially the command tasks. Needed complete focus and plenty of preparation. Make sure you’re ready to pass the fitness test.

Interview
Online assessment, SIFT Interview, In-person assessment board (AIB) and then in-person residential interview lasting 5 days including physical fitness assessments, mental assessments and job role experiences. It was a challenging but rewarding process with good recognition for hard work and continuous feedback.
