I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Royal Mail (Normanton, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
Not really an interview, invited into the warehouse and shown around. They then taught us the basic skills of what we needed in order to be able to complete the job successfully. Showed us around machinery and how everything worked. There are multiple different jobs to do in one day and they taught us the different things we would be doing. In groups of 5 maximum. Quite easy to understand and pick up. Was then taken into an office and showed videos of safety precautions and policies.
The interview process was straightforward and well organised. The interviewer was very experienced and created a comfortable environment, which made the conversation feel relaxed and natural. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interrogation, which helped me explain my experience clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience and the interviewer was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.

Interview
Smooth and nothing much of a interview thing. Just some personal question about you need to upload. Every thing online based through mail and had a smooth experience and scheduled for induction through text messages
No interview, just a quick and easy problem solving test as well as being taught how to work on each mail sorting station. Very easy and stress free interview day
