There was a task involved (to be done in your own time with guidance), a 'quick fire' interview lasting 10 mins, and finally a longer interview. The entire interview process from the deadline of applications was maybe nearly two months long. They kept missing their own deadlines after each round and everything took quite a while...especially when it came to whether they had made a decision or not. In fact, they didn't actually tell me at all. I had to chase them twice after being ignored, and then they finally got back to me after I made the assumption I hadn't got the role. Then they refused to give me any feedback.
