I applied online. I interviewed at Roy Rogers Restaurants (Burtonsville, MD)
Interview
the interview was easygoing. The employer asked a lot of questions and also informed me on the responsibilities of my job. She was also nice, welcoming and compassionate. she also was on time even though the restaurant was busy. she also gave me the lean way to add more to the interview
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Roy Rogers Restaurants (Selma, AL)
Interview
had to to complete an application completed in person at the restaurant. That was followed by an interview with the the manager in the restaurant. She asked questions about previous work experience, day and week availability, and if I had reliable transportation to work for shifts.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Roy Rogers Restaurants in May 2014
Interview
I knew an employee who was able to put in a good word for me. All I did fill out an application (paper) and because the employee vouched for me, I guess I didn't need an interview. At the time they had this incentive of $50 (I believe) if a current employee refers someone to also apply, and the person ends up being hired. I honestly spoke to the guy who helped me twice prior to my hiring, but he wanted 50 dollars, and I wanted a job.
