I got an interview from talking with workers at the career fair. A major thing was knowing information about the company. Then I conducted an interview at RoviSys where I interviewed with 3 different people. Most were general questions about resume or behavioral.

Met them at a career fair then interviewed for a co-op position. For the interview I met with 4 people for 30 minutes each, and basically just talked with them in general about my experiences.

Very basic Skype interview. I talked to 4 different managers for about 20 minutes each and each one asked different questions. There wasn't any skills testing or anything like that.
