Envié una solicitud electrónica y me convocaron para una primera entrevista con el engineering manager. El proceso es largo pero vale la pena y es claro y bien organizado. Consiste en un ejercicio para hacer des de casa para el que dediqué unas 4 horas, una entrevista de una hora sobre ELT/ETL, otra de una hora que consiste en programar en directo una nueva funcionalidad del test hecho en casa y una entrevista final sobre cultura de empresa y cosas más de soft skills.

Describe a situation in which you had to solve a conflict
It was a very good interview we had a nice conversation and honestly super good vibes. Super sweet interviewer and I highly recommend to apply here if you can because the overall environment is healthy.
Quick HR call to get ti know you, and then a technical challenge with their Engineer where you had to approach several challenges (string manipulations) that had to pass pre-written tests
