Interview
They began with a written preliminary interview. Basically, they want you to describe similar work experience, get a feel for your personality type, how you problem solve, and how you will deal with difficult situations. I then did two phone interviews. They both ask similar questions to the written questionnaire. The hiring team is kind and friendly. It was an enjoyable process.I completed these steps before being told they offered the position to someone else.

Question 1
I was asked how my current position has prepared me for their position descriptions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied for the position online and was contacted a few days later via email to set up a phone interview. I spoke with the recruiter who was very pleasant and we went over behavioral/structural questions for about 30 min. I was set up with another phone call the next day with a different employee. I was invited for an on site interview via email the following week. The on site interview was relaxed as many other reviews state and I felt very comfortable. It was a three hour interview, so it was pretty tiring afterwards. Questions were a mixture of behavioral/structural. It seemed that there were a list of questions given to each person interviewing and they chose randomly from the list. Unfortunately, I was not offered a position, but I had a great experience interviewing with the company.
