Overall, a very pleasant and cool experience. That being said, the interview process is very thorough, which I appreciate a lot. I appreciated that they spent a lot of time, getting to know my background and learning about my technical expertise. All the people from the interview panel were very knowledgeable in their field. The exam consists of a mix of theories learned in school and OTJ-related concepts.

Phone screen by the recruiting company. Asked about the background and informed me about the position and what was expected. In person interview by showing around and meet with the team.

Screening phone interview. Then in person interview about more details regarding your background and activities. Very easy going. They focus on automotive experience. They care about hands on experience and time management.
