Very straight-forward, well thought out interview process. I went in to the store, received an interested with the GM, and a few days later received an email from Round1 corporate. I had an interview with one of Round1's technical directors, and things were pretty straightforward from there. The interview process will go smoother for you if you have basic diagnostic and tool recognition skills.
