HR was great. Hiring Manager was confused and exploratory vs clear on expectations. They titled the job one thing and expected something different from the write up in the manager's mind. Will not be easy for them to find the right fit because they are not clear on needs.

Are you willing to do that analysis and database building required? (what requirement? where does it say that?)
