Interview
Start with virtual interviews, and also you have to complete some logic tests. Then it goes into a long assessment session where you complete multiple group case studies. You might also have a personal interview depending on the role you're interested in.
Three fifteen-minute long one-on-one interviews with members of your department and/or HR followed by one group case with two other candidates, which consisted of brainstorming and a collective pitch. Five-hour-long process in total, including breaks.
