I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rotary (New York, NY) in Jul 2019
Interview
Extremely long interview process. Five months from initial contact to offer. Phone screen, additional phone screen, in-person, three panel, then a final in-person. I followed up after each phase a day or two after then waited another week to follow up with HR again. Typically, I would get a response from quickly after the second follow up. However, my contact person switched maybe four different times?
Extremely unorganized in the interviewing process and I don't belive the hiring manager knew exactly what they were looking for.

Question 1
With so many interviews they asked everything out of the book. No curveballs.
Thank you for your interest in Rotary International. While we always strive to conduct an efficient and timely interview process, finding the right candidate for the role remains our top priority. In rare instances, this can delay the interview process, though, we are sure to keep candidates aware of any updates.
