The interview was fairly straightforward. I had one interview in person with one of the managers. They asked me some questions about my background and customer service experience in previous jobs.
Pretty quick in person interview with basic customer service questions. Mainly wanted to check relevant experience and ability to commit to schedule. I spoke to two managers during the interview process.
