The interview process was very structured. After the initial phone interviews (2) if you performed well you were then called in for a panel interview. The panel interview will consist of the HR manager, the two Directors of Operations (Inbound and Outbound), the Sr. Manager for the area you are applying for. Each person will ask a series of questions that are specific to their area of expertise. There will be one tough person and one person that will appear to be on your side. This is totally by design to throw the candidate off.
