Interview process is not difficult. Confidence is key to any interview question they asked can be applied to any aspect of your life. It is a one step interview process, if they set up another interview process is because they think you would be great for a different position. Not a bad thing.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a change.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
