An internal recruiter reached out after applying online - to schedule a phone interview. The time of the interview came with no call from them. They called an hour later and said I was supposed to call them even though they never provided a phone number, we set a time for the next day. During the interview, they couldn't tell me a single thing about the role, the finance org, and why the role was even open in the first place. They just said we need to move fast. At the end of the call, they said "We need someone with extensive operations experience" and then started talking about internships while I have 5 years of experience already. If I didn't meet the basic qualifications why even interview me in the first place? They also didn't know where I was located and very clearly did not look at my resume during or before the interview. Even though I sent it to them twice. Overall seems very disorganized, no wonder the role has been open for almost 4 months now - would avoid for corporate/front office roles.
