Question 1
What will I do if I see an employer eaten lunch an not sure of them clock out.
Easy process if you’ve been promoted from within and if you have a good relationship with DM and your Store Manager. The questions are pretty straightforward like most retail/customer service based positions. Dress to impress, be confident, it makes a difference.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
“Tell me about a time you showed exceptional customer service” “tell me about a time you disagreed with a coworker and how did you handle it?” “How would you deal with a difficult customer” “What are your strengths” (They love knowing that you are flexible, reliable, dependable, and can easily multitask)
Very easy and informal
Interviewed in store with a store manager then had a phone interview with the district manager then received offer. Unfortunately the background check company rhey use is a joke and could not verify employment at some places that had closed due to covid so didn't get approved
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Chicago Ridge, IL) in Feb 2020
Interview
Great management team. A lot of room for growth. Love the unlimited sick time, but also the fact that you could send on stretch assignments. The only thing is making sure the trucks get there on time. Other than that unloading process is great, and may be a better scheduling system.
