Terrible. Asked questions about my hobbies. Complained about my outfit which was business causal. Looked me up and down to make sure I looked the part. Very weird because that became a trend, everyday I worked there was a complaint about my outfit. She told me the first interview was a “get to know you” interview and the next would be more formal (no shade, but this is Ross) but that second interview never happened. Interview was Friday, training was Saturday.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
