I applied online. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Cypress, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and then after a week or so got a call from ross that I got an interview and it took place in his office where he got my resume and asked me questions on my resume. they were questions based on my clubs i was and since i was in tennis we talked about that and then we talked about the reason why i want to do ross and want to work in the retail field.
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
