Interview
They took me into the back office and the manager asked me some questions. There was also an online quiz. The website is difficult to navigate. The whole process was fairly quick and I was in the store working within a week or 2.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
