1.step: interview with HR manager, typical introduction, etc;
2.step: HR sent me excel file with data to anayse and a process to describe in one of the standard notations(ARIS,etc);
3.step: conversation with the project manager, he described the tasks and asked some more standard questions about me (education, previous experience), we discussed the data file from step 2;
4.step: interview with 2 higher managers, they asked some questions about my motivation, previous job. They seemed to have more negative and sceptical attitude.
Each step took about a week, after steps 1-3 the recruiter called in 2 days to confirm positive results and appoint the next interview.
