Interview
It was a series of competency based questions with a number of commercial awareness questions towards the end. Competencies asked for included initiative, teamwork, leadership, ability to cope under pressure.
The questions were typical interview questions. Had an easy time. They asked why I want to work there. The hours are 9 to 5. There are two interviews, both were on video call.
