I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ropes & Gray (Boston, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process was smooth and took exactly one month from the first point of contact to the conclusion. Everyone was friendly, relaxed, and professional and they were excellent at keeping me informed of the next steps of the process. The first stage was a phone screen, and I was then invited on site for in person interviews with seven members of the team I applied for. After that, I was invited back for a final meeting with several partners and attorneys. I received my offer a week after the final interview. I think they are most concerned with finding a personality match than anything else.
