A casual phone conversation to gauge interest, ambitions and culture fit, followed by a written assessment, followed by a second phone interview with the CEO which was equally as casual, followed by an in-person that seemed mostly a formality, followed by a final phone conversation with the AE to determine personality fit.
From my experience, they seem to hire based more on raw talent, malleability, good instincts and culture fit than they do on education or experience.
Every person I spoke with was understanding, forthright and intelligent. A very humane interviewing experience overall.
