I submitted my resume online (email) in response to a job posting I saw on a mall job board. I recieved an email about a week later for an interview and did not hear back so I emailed again and was responded too and I finally got an interview.

Interview
Two interviews, First, in person with the Store Manager, second, in person with the District Manager. Offered low salary, negotiated $1 more per hour.

Interview
It was pretty basic interview, very casual, with a manager then a District Manager. It felt odd to have her hold the paper up so I couldn't see anything she was writing down.
