One zoom interview, second interview in person. Same questions in both, felt a bit redundant. Both with the search committee. Assistant dean seemed disinterested in making an actual connection during the interview. Further interviews with dean and provost. Poor communication after the interview, had to follow up for a response.

Asked basic questions such as tell me about yourself, describe your teaching and research philosophies. Meetings with dean and provost are crucial. They will treat you to meals and hotel.
