First step was the initial phone screening with the recruiter. Second step was a 30 minute phone interview with the HR Manager. Third step was another 30 minute phone interview with a Senior Customer Success Specialist. Fourth and final step was a reference check (the recruiter asked for two references). The entire process took about three weeks. It was a fairly smooth process and the recruiter made sure to check in to provide updates after every stage.
