I applied through Internshala, got shortlisted and Interviewed at Bengaluru. Pros: 1)Nothing Cons: 1) Two people from senior management Interviewed me. But, they don't have minimum responsibility to give the candidate feedback. Why you people are considered for senior management roles? 2) You Interview session was around 30 - 45 min, you'll ask so many questions for this time duration but why can't you give candidate feedback. Being in a higher position doesn't show your professionalism Advice to the management: Calling for Interns and expecting expert skills for a low salary doesn't match your company reputation.
