Romanoff Group interview questions

Long and drawn-out interview process. Two interviews and 6 weeks later and not ONE time did anyone discuss pay. I get a lowball offer for the position and skillset required. I negotiated then a day later deiced that this was still a good fit for the benefits and the Manager also the HR manager BOTH literally ghosted me after i accepted the offer letter. I sent Mutiple emails to both and they both read the emails and didn't respond (mailbird so i can verify that they read the emails). Eventually a couple weeks later i just gave up and moved on. How unprofessional is it to interview someone TWICE 4 weeks apart , take another two weeks to make a decision then ghost them within a day of them accepting the job offer ? All of these companies are chite now. They expect you to be classy, professional, through, great communicators, have the skill, education and training yet they don't offer the same in return. Take it from someone who overlooked their bad reviews DON'T WORK HERE. They will waste your time and your potential and more than likely lowball you in the process. Remember people that Only chitte companies list jobs without salary ranges to get higher qualified candidates in the door when they KNOW all and well that they won't offer you what the position is worth.
