First, they have done CV Screening and followed by Telephonic Self Introductory Interview. After the telephonic interview, there was a Written Exam (MCQ) conducted. The qualified candidates selected for Face to Face interviews.

Interview
Interview will be conducted at HR level, Technical Manager Level, and Department head. As usual employer will look after your background experience and technical stuff.
Without any salary negotiations, I have been paid very well. I am happy with the salary. I am happy with the technical details asked by line manager
