The Assessment Centre consisted of a 10 minute presentation about yourself and why Rolls-Royce should hire you. A competency based interview followed, with knowledge of the company tested. the next part of the day was to resit a numerical test and fill out some paperwork. The third task was a standard group activity with an objective and materials and a budget to buy and complete the task. A hour was then spent for lunch, with networking with assessors and other candidates important during this time.
After lunch, there was a technical interview lasting an hour, based on subjects you enjoy, and probing you to go through your thought process for different problems.
