Quick screening call, then simulated interview recording video answers to some questions. Didn’t proceed anyway further however, as the interview process was very robotic and quite slow given the specialised nature of the role.

After the online interview, I decided not to continue with my application as I found it a little strange not having any human interaction or even any communication from Rolls Royce other than through automated messages.
