Interview
Initial meet with the other candidates, then a briefing where we were informed what would happen. The day consisted of several 1:1 interviews, a group exercise, and 2 presentations.
I found the interviews stressful, especially the technical interview as lots of in-depth questions are asked.

Interview
Online application form outlining your motivations to work at the company, two online tests (maths and SJ) and then an interview at the base in Derby. The group task was easy as it was just simply coding where you were dragging arrows into place. The first interview asked you about business strategies for the company and second was technical about the engine.
