Competency based interview stating with a presentation previously prepared demonstrating your knowledge of the company and why you want the role. A rubric of what to cover was provided. Followed by a technical interview and then a group exercise.

Interview
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
