Had a phone screen with a recruiter. Then had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. Things seemed to go well but clearly moved on as I never received a follow-up. That's fine but what was a turn-off is that they ghosted me after I invested my time and effort into their interview process. At least send an automated rejection email. I guess that tells me what kind of company it is so really it was a blessing in disguise.
