Easy and H.R was very friendly. The position was offered after background was completed and that only took two days to complete. The pay for night shift went up so that was a good benefit

I applied online and received an email from a family member of the owner of the company to schedule an in person interview. I had to wait for all panelists (who were also all family members of the owner) to show up to the interview and we started late. The interview was casual, discussing education, experience and potential methods of how I would recruit new members. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the week and then I never heard from them again, even after reaching out.
