Three stage interview process. The first process is with the recruiter for the role who asks you about general experience and suitability for the role. The second stage is with the hiring manager for the role who asks you more technical and in depth questions based on your CV and role requirements. Last stage interview is a case study containing a presentation with prioritisation activities and an in depth description of how to effectively troubleshoot an issue. The company following this states they will get back to you within 2 weeks, only for the job position to be reposted and for the recruiter to tell you that you’ll receive a response in another 2 weeks after their initial deadline. The recruiter does not contact you again. The process was rather straightforward, but the way in which the applicants were treated is disgraceful and based on the questions, it would seem that they are posting ghost jobs to farm knowledge from potential applicants via the case studies to improve internal processes. Therefore I would not recommend interviewing for this company.
