Horrible candidate experience. If you want to ask redundant questions at least be respectful enough of a candidates time to do it in person. I've personally ran the data points on recruitment processes such as these for dozens of open roles and the results were always far less impactful than working within best recruitment practices. In fact, it resulted in almost zero top qualified candidates.
I rescinded my application, working for a company with these processes would be a huge step back in my career.
Good luck.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were redundant questions with little relevance.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rogers Mechanical Contractors (Marietta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was very relaxed and didn’t feel overly pressured. Very simple and straight to the point. Read questions from a paper. They met the needs I needed at the time. I can’t really complain about interviewing at the very least.
