Pretty standard interview. Asked about background and other basic video stuff. But then when it came to discussion of pay they offered 25/hour for a freelance video editor. A production assistant rate for a skilled position that takes years to get good at. Pretty much a joke of a rate.

We met at the company office, and I spoke with two members of the company simultaneously. We spoke in length about what the company did, and what they were looking for. I showed how my skills aligned with what they were looking for, and how I would be eager to help the company.
