      Interview

      Interview with the lead, supervisor about my work and me. Check the demoreel on screen. Took around 45 min. No stress, no pressure, it was very friendly ! At the end you talk with the HR about salary.

      The interview was easy and smooth. Very friendly Supervisor and HR, it helped me to open up and answer all the questions. It was only a 20 to 25-minute interview. It was easy. Just applied gat a email from HR and that's it.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rodeo FX (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2021

      Interview

      You will have an interview with the recruiter to lay the groundwork. If they want to move to the next step you will have an interview with the the HOD of lighting. Be prepared to go through your demo reel shot by shot and explain everything you did (I.e. how you optimized your scene, what your process was, the lights used, the elements per sho, etc…) Be as descriptive as possible and really brush up on the shots in your reel to be able to answer follow up questions.
