It was very fast and easy. I was hired on the spot. I think management was in a hurry and still are. Although, i do believe, i am qualified for the job, many people have been hired who simply cannot keep up with the job making it hard to do my job.

Interview
I applied online, it took a little over a month for a call back. I did a short phone screen ( about 3 questions) then scheduled my interview. My Interview was at the HR office, with two women that were very friendly. Overall I felt that it went well. I did not receive an offer on the spot, although I feel very confident with how the interview went. They are hiring for quite a few positions and due to my scheduling needs they are going to see where I will fit best and will call me within a few business days to let me know.

Very easy questions along the lines of "Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a supervisor/coworker, how would you handle working in an environment of diversity, etc" No questions regarding strengths/weaknesses, why do you want to work for us, why should we hire you, etc.

The process went fairly smoothly. At the time I was hired there was another clinic manager and she was great! We talked in length about the responsibilities and what would be expected.

Answering questions about mistakes you've made and how you fixed them. Those are always hard questions to answer
