Was asked to give a 30 minute presentation to a panel of 6 Sales Managers. 5 minutes on my personal life, 10 minutes on my work history, 10 minutes on why I would be the ideal candidate for the position, and 5 minutes on my 90-day plan if I were to be hired. After the presentation we had a group discussion where each person on the panel asked me some questions.

though after selecting my resume and they called me for interview. and before conducting interview they rejected my application by saying that the profile didn't matched. i don't on what basis they call for interview
