Informal, much more concerned with making sure I was the right person as opposed to my technical experience. Wanted to know what I was looking for out of a company and asked much less about what I could contribute. Really made me feel that I was wanted. Turned out they had done their homework ahead of time and knew I had the right skillset and just wanted to make sure I was the right person.
