I had multiple interviews which consisted of meeting with the person that would have been my supervisor as well as with the team as a whole. I was then tasked with creating a program timeline based on a multi-component initiative, list creative ideas I would consider, and any questions I’d ask in order to be able to implement the initiative.

I do not recall any “tough” questions such as “describe your weaknesses.” They were trying to gage my experience and what I was looking for in my next role.
