Rocket Software Engineer/.NET interview questions

There were totally 4 rounds 1. Phone Hr interview - (Basic behavior questions ) 2. Online exam ( Hacker Rank) 3. Technical Telephonic Interview (moderate interview with 2 people on the phone) 4. Onsite Personal interview (panel of 4 people)(can be more than 4 ) Interview panel and the HR recruiter are very friendly and are ready to answer all your questions. Typically tells the result in a week time.

I applied online. Got a call from a recruiter after 2 weeks. I had a phone interview the next day. Mostly behavioral questions. It was for 30 minutes. Then at the end, he told he will provide me with me an update in 3-5 business days. I got a call from him after 3 days saying that are moving forward with other candidates. I was not told the reason or not giving any feedback regarding the review process. Very disappointing. I was asked if I require visa sponsorship either now or in future. I answered them that I need sponsorship for extension process in future. I am assuming that is one of the reason for rejection as I was not given any.
