After a hr screening call i had a Telephonic discussion with one of their Architect. It was nothing but a sanity check call. After that they invited me for a face-face interview in their Detroit location. I was grilled by 5 developers on various technical topics for 1 hour. Their focus is more on our personality/behavior/dress not on our technical/business skills. To succeed one should have a capability to sell themselves Rejected me because of my employment gaps and freelance background They will tell their status only via phone because something is wrong with them

I applied on company's website through LinkedIn. It was mentioned on company's site that they contact every candidate. Recruiter called me after 2 weeks and call went well. After few days she left me voice message that I was not selected. It was really nice of them to inform me in timely manner but if I wasnt considered for this position then it was wastage of time on both side. I would suggest them to just drop an email or message if someone is not considered.
