Interview
The interview was a group interview and the interviewer asked each person a different questions. The interviewer also describe how working at quicken loans is, and just addressed different things that would stand out on each person resume.
I would recommend going on RocketMortgage.com and locating the link that list all the ISMs. This company lives and breathes the ISMs. It’s a great way to get a quick preview of what you can expect the environment to be like at Rocket Mortgage.

A recruiter calls you to find out what you're interested in and to see if they have any openings. Then there was a quick ans easy phone interview. After that, they will offer you a position and set you up with there temp service. Then, they will set you up with a start date.
