The interview process consisted of a series of phone interviews. Questions were general behavioral questions and questions about past experiences in school and other jobs. Nothing too challenging, mostly what you would expect from any job interview.

Question 1
What was a challenge you faced in a previous job and how did you overcome it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rocket (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
3 phone calls and you have to follow up a lot. Very dragged out but they do this on purpose. They use phone interviews instead of in person interviews for candidates that are not from Detroit area. Keep the energy up and sell yourself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rocket in Oct 2016
Interview
I had applied to Quicken online and one week later I was contacted by a recruiter via phone. The initial phone interview was very comfortable because the recruiter was upbeat and seemed sincere. Overall, I didn't have the best interview due to lack of preparation for the particular job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket
Interview
Amazing interview process, although it does take some time. I had three interviews by three different people (depends on what city you are wanting to work in). The first and second interview was over the phon, and the third was a Video call with the interviewer and mentors. Overall, it was smooth and organized interview.
