Smooth and easy, high turnover rate. managers are nice but restaurants are hard work. expect to be frequently tired. good tips depending on guests. FOH staff is good, everyone wants to succeed.
Easy and typically hire on the spot. They will ask about being in a high paced environment. It's easy so long as you prepare and understand what you are getting yourself into.
